Best crust, usually don’t eat the crust but it was so good and not greasy. They had a nitro on tap that was amazing and the best was the salad bar!! The bald guy behind the counter was great! A must stop.

Say Cheese pizza was the hottest ticket I’ve ever seen on a Saturday night in July. We called ahead and ordered an hour in advance. Our pizza was ready when we arrived because the kitchen thought we had asked it to go, otherwise they wait until you check in to bake the pizza. There may be long waits, but the food is very good and worth the wait if you’re looking for a good meal. We had 26 people in our overall group, and though it was busy we found places to all sit at 7:30. Some room had a reserved sign from earlier, so consider that if you’ve got a big group. Overall we were glad to come here for our dinner all together and we’ll be back if we visit Shasta again!

Really good pizza, staff is friendly. Atmosphere is similar to what I remember from an old childhood pizza place. Wood panels, simple tables and chairs, a few TVs with sports on. Brought my kids here last august and it was certainly a hit.

Devastated to learn that my hometown pizzeria, say cheese is closing for good. I have had like minded “New York” style pizza all around the world, and I can truly say, Say cheese is one of the best. With that said, the inside needs an entire overhaul. Hopefully the new owners know know what they are doing. I’m vary familiar with the chain pizzeria that is coming in. I hope they can even remotely replicate the taste and quality Say Cheese has offered over the years.

Excellent veggie pizza...seemed a salad pizza. Next time will ask for less olives. Salad was good. But almost empty at 8ish pm. The salad bar needs to be more cleaner as saw the meat parts in some of salads. Keep it up!

Great Food Experience our group ordered Veggie 14’ Pizza Veggie Hot Sandwich Fries Lemonade The ambience is decent. Good amount of seating. The Service is super slow, I guess it’s a family operated restaurant and not taking off any points for the slow service as today there was fires near Mt Shasta and some benefit of doubt that they were not fully staffed Now the important part TASTE : all in our group felt that it tasted AWESOME!!!!! If you are a vegetarian and near Mt Shasta do try the above items mentioned you shall not be disappointed. They did mess up our order (fries ) a bit but were prompt to bring it to us when we informed.
